4.2 Safety Guidelines
1. Proper Use: Customers must follow all usage guidelines on our website or in the product documentation. For bullet-resistant uniforms, ensure that any body armor inserted into designated compartments meets NIJ IIIA or other specified safety standards.
2. No Guarantee: While our products meet NIJ IIIA standards, no ballistic product can guarantee complete protection in every scenario. Variables like ammunition type, distance, environmental conditions, and usage may affect performance.
3. Maintenance and Care: Proper maintenance, storage, and routine inspection of body armor are essential. Damage (e.g., from moisture or heat) can degrade ballistic performance.

5. Orders and Payment
1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Halo Uniforms. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for any reason, including legal restrictions on body armor sales, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
2. Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added during checkout.
3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Shipping:
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States, except to Connecticut and New York, where body armor sales are restricted.
• Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Risk of loss passes to you once we deliver the products to the carrier.
5. Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for compliance with local and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of body armor. We may update our shipping restrictions if additional legal prohibitions arise.
6. Returns and Refunds
